Holden Joins Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel

Sacks Tierney partner Helen Holden has been elected to membership in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

She is one of only 22 Arizona members of the Federation, which was founded in 1936.

The FDCC is composed of "recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction." It  is dedicated to promoting "knowledge, fellowship and professionalism" of its members in defending parties in civil lawsuits.

Helen focuses her practice on assisting businesses of all sizes with a wide range of human resources and employment law issues. She regularly represents employers in defending claims alleging violations of federal and state employment laws, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, violation of overtime laws and other wage claims, as well as cases involving breach of restrictive covenants and other employment contracts.

Helen also has extensive experience in resolving a variety of complex business disputes and is an experienced appellate practitioner.
