One of my clients, a manufacturer, is seeking a diversity trainer: A trainer who can help the production workers understand that different people have different perspectives, a trainer who can help the workers find ways to recognize and respect and reconcile their differences. This company is not looking for attorneys to talk about the law (unfortunately!), instead, it wants the focus to be on building the “soft skills.” I would appreciate any recommendations. Thank you.
