SSM opinion is by Kennedy. 14th amendment requires states to let same-sex couples marry. It is 5-4. Roberts dissents joined by Scalia and Thomas, Scalia dissents joined by Thomas, Thomas dissents joined by Scalia, Alito dissented joined by Scalia and Thomas.
