San Francisco Bay Area attorneys and Women in the Law members, Teela Crosthwaite Smith and Lindsey S. Mignano, recently launched Smith Shapourian Mignano LLP, a women and minority-owned law firm offering corporate counseling and litigation services for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and emerging growth companies. They are joined by their third partner, Neda Shapourian.
Prior to launching their own law firm, Teela and Lindsey practiced at national and international defense and coverage firms, respectively. They collectively have experience in employment, products liability, construction defect, financial services/banking, premises liability, landlord/tenant, and insurance coverage.
