Dr. Wagner is counsel at the Pittsburgh law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. His practice focuses on intellectual property, energy, and complex civil litigation. In particular, Dr. Wagner has represented clients in dozens of patent infringement lawsuits throughout the country. He also has experience representing clients in jury and bench trials.
Dr. Wagner is licensed to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and Illinois, as well as being a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He is currently admitted to practice before the following federal courts: US District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Northern District of Ohio, Northern District of Illinois (trial bar), and Central District of Illinois and the US Courts of Appeals for the Federal, Sixth, and Seventh Circuits.
